The Resilience Network

We all need sanctuaries.

When the world is a dumpster fire, the news full of wars, anger, chaos and innocent sufferings, our lives more frenzied than ever everyday, more demanding, more overwhelming, so much noise everywhere, the years whizzing past with ever increasing speed, leaving us frazzled, in pain, in tears and utterly exhausted and alone…

We all need a space

… to breathe

… to slow down

… to remember who we are

… to feel well and whole again.

For each and everyone of us this space and sanctuary might look different.

For some, it’s a walk on the beach, a quiet afternoon with a book, a visit to the gym, crocheting or knitting. For others it’s someone who listens, someone who understands what they are going through, rituals and exercise, guidance and retreats.

Whatever it takes…. to build up resilience against what life throws at us, to give us strength to survive another day and be there for ourselves and others.

The practioners who have joined the The Resilience Network are here to provide you with space and sanctuaries, building you up piece by piece.

Wherever you find solace….

…. there is someone here who can help you.

It is still very early days for The Resilience Network. We are busy weaving a net of amazing people, and it takes time to set up everything in the background, from collecting information to creating pages, writing texts, to wrestling with little tech gremlins.
